Forgive Meditation

 Why do we have to practice forgiveness?

*To get rid off emotional pollution, or to practice remove Catharsis, or to expunge our karmic connection.

*To experience peace of mind.

*To not to struck in emotional roller coast.

*To enhance quality of life, relationships.

*To forgot & realise emotional memory.

*To seek blessings for our karmic souls for our soul evolution.

Today everybody shows intrest in BANK balance,No body shows intrest in BLESSINGS balance.

 When you forgive  anyone  don't think whether they are right or you are wrong , or you are right,they are wrong .

Who STARTED Karma is NOT important.

Who ENDED Karma is IMPORTANT.

 

As it is a LOOP cycle,who knows who started?

When there is NO LOGICAL REASON  for what is happening in LIFE is called KARMA.

KARMA means CONDITION MIND to particular a PERSONS,TIME,SITUATION etc.

 SPACE,TIME, CAUSE make CONDITION OF MIND, it is called KARMA.

 TRAP in SPACE, TIME, causality is KARMA.

How to practice forgiveness?

Sit down & close your eyes,take deep breath five times.start saying in  your mind below forgive script.

When I took birth on this mother earth from that day. I started my soul's journey with many souls.

Due to lack of spiritual knowledge, n my soul evolution process I caused suffering to so many souls with my fear,ego, angry,jealousy,hatred,greed etc. I gave lots of pain,suffering to them.Right now,  I realise their pain & suffering.

Now I am heartfully asking every karmic souls to Understand my ignorance,forgive me,bless me, and love me .

I am also saying to my karmic souls to practice forgiveness and ask their karmic souls to understand them, forgive them, bless them, and love them to get out with their karma.

By asking them they will be happy, and you will be happy with yourself. Don't mind my dear souls what I told to you.

Oh my dear divine soul understand my ignorance,forgive me,bless me,love me.what I did wrong in my actions,words,feelings  towards you and your creation.

Many karmic souls of mine are also asking me to  understand their ignorance, to accept their forgiveness,bless them,love them. Now lam accepting their ignorance, forgiveness and also blessing them,loving them.

Now I am giving freedom to them from my karma.

I took many births on this mother earth.I have killed and eaten many innocent animals for my taste. I gave lots of pain and suffering to them. I realise your pain & suffering.Oh my dear innocent animals, please understand my ignorance,forgive me,bless me,love me.

I took  many births  on this mother earth.With ignorance, Greediness , I caused you suffering. I gave pain to you.I polluted five elements & nature. Oh my dear mother earth understand my ignorance, forgive me,bless me,love me.
